These terms are provided so visitors, clients, employees, and partners have a plain-English reference for using Loan Data Direct websites, command-center tools, lead data, live-transfer workflows, and related Atlas Harbour systems.

Service role

Loan Data Direct provides mortgage marketing data, operational tools, live-transfer support, and related business services. Loan Data Direct is not a lender, broker, credit repair company, legal advisor, financial advisor, or consumer-reporting agency.

No guarantee of results

Lead lists, contact information, web inquiries, live transfers, CRM tools, and analytics are provided on a best-effort basis. Data can become outdated, incomplete, duplicated, unreachable, or inaccurate. Outcomes depend on compliance, timing, offer quality, call handling, and market conditions.

Compliance responsibility

Users are responsible for following all applicable federal, state, and local laws, including consent, telemarketing, DNC, privacy, advertising, licensing, recording, and mortgage-industry rules. Do not use the platform or data for unlawful, abusive, deceptive, or non-consensual activity.

Accounts and access

Command-center, CRM, employee, client, and consumer access may be limited, suspended, or removed to protect system stability, compliance, security, or business operations. Keep login credentials private and report suspicious activity quickly.

Employee and contractor relationship

Unless a separate written agreement says otherwise, people working with Atlas Harbour or Loan Data Direct do so voluntarily under the agreement accepted for their role. Either side may end the work relationship at any time where allowed by law.

Payments, transfers, and data purchases

Pricing, transfer definitions, PITI/NO PITI qualifications, refunds, credits, and payment timing are governed by the current written agreement, invoice, checkout page, or accepted earning agreement for that relationship.

Privacy and communications

By submitting forms or using the site, you authorize us to receive, store, process, and respond to the information you provide. You may receive operational emails, notices, or follow-up messages related to the request or service.
